"Alfredo has been my home and auto agent for several years now and I love how he always is there to answer any questions I have. I love how he sends birthday and holiday cards every year. This time I called the office and also had the best customer service I received by Kassandra. She was very polite and detailed regarding my account. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She was able to assist me as to what I wanted. I love State Farm and I plan on staying a loyal customer regardless of a few price increase."
